About Me

Since leaving college in 1979, I spent most of my adult liife in offices working my way up from office junior to office manager. I have worked in varied environments ranging from council offices to blue chip companies. I was relatively happy with ‘my lot’ until the death of my father, followed a couple of years later by my mother. Unfortunately it didn’t end there since my best friend also died suddenly not long after my mother’s passing.

Having had an interest in, and studied, metaphysics for many years, I have a strong belief in the afterlife and this saw me through that painful time.

The culmination of those events started me thinking about how my life was panning out and I decided to make a few changes so, following a move to Brighton, I enrolled on a counselling course which just so happened to incorporate hypnotherapy. I didn’t know much about hypnotherapy at the time and wasn’t sure what it was used for. Well, to my delight I found hypnotherapy to be the method most suited to my personal beliefs and I became passionate about the subject.

During that first course I discovered that hypnosis could be used for accessing past lives so I went on to study past life regression with Dr Keith Hearne at the European College of Hypnotherapy. It was during this course that I found hypnosis could be used to access the inter-life, the time spent between our physical lives and it is this area that I am the most passionate about.

Now I see clients for all sorts of issues ranging from the physical, such as weight loss; emotional problems, for instance relationships; through to the purely curious, such those who wish to know more about past lives or their spirit guides.

I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and registered as a hypnotherapist and past life therapist with the General Hypnotherapy Register.
